Edison's own Rob 'Mr. Temper-a-ment' Karabinchak Goes to Trenton!?!

Saw this piece here about Rob 'Mr. Temper-a-ment' Karabinchak winning the 18th District Assembly seat in politickernj.com.

Happy to see how excited he was to be representing the People of the 18th District!

Anyhoo, hope someone gave him the cliff notes on how a bill becomes law and the address of the nearest charm school down there!

Seems logical that the Dem party would pick a jackass for the 18th District!?!

So, Rob 'Mr. Temper-a-ment' Karabinchak Goes to Trenton!

Can you believe that in a town of 100,000 plus - this is the best we have to offer - even in this Dem-party oligarchy here in the 'DemBadLands' of Downtown Edison?

DUH!?!

Anyhoo, the bright side of this Dem party mistake for the People of Downtown Edison is that at least he'll now only be 1 of 80 instead of 1 of 7 and his and the Local Party's shortcomings won't be as visible as they are now.

There's Hope for taxpayers over there on Mythomania Lane!

Well, surprise..surprise - the $234 million Edison School Budget for 2016-17 passed last night by a vote of 8 to 1.

Now, there's good news and bad news in that vote by the Board of Mythomania.

Bad news - your taxes are going up by another 4%.

Good news - there's actually somebody on the board now who looks at these 'Bloated Pots of Money' they call school budgets and says No for the Residents and Taxpayers here in Downtown Edison.

Hey, it's a start - finally a board member who actually looks at the budget with eyes wide open and is not going to follow in lock-step behind Super Dr. Richard 'Looking for the Exit Ramp' O'Malley's Out-of-Control $pending.

You got to give a Big Kudos to Ralph Errico.

Not for nothing but what happened to Shiva?!? Thought she was looking to change things when she ran for the board?!? Hmm..guess not.

But hey, at least we're comforted in the knowledge that there are still 8 members who look at and process these O'Malley budgets through eyes wide shut.

Board of Mythomania's Public Meeting on 2016-17 'Bloated Pot of Money' - aka School Budget!?!

Well, just a reminder that the Board of Mythomania is having their public meeting on the 2016-17 School Budget tomorrow night, Wednesday May 4th at 7:00 PM at the Ed Center.

Remember this budget comes with $pending of a whopping $234 million, which is up $6.1 million or 2.7%.

It also takes the school tax rate up to $2.932, which is up another 11.2 cents or 4% over last years $2.820.

Anyhoo, if you can, you should attend the meeting and have your say. While you can't vote anymore on school budgets, you can still say what you think about these 'Bloated Pots of Money' they call school budgets - with tax increase after tax increase after tax increase - year after year, year after year!?!

Anyhow, how long are you willing to let this Money Pit keep picking your pocketbook?!? Don't you think it's about time they Stopped passing along all their unnecessary excesses on to You?!? With now some 56% of Your property taxes going over to Mythomania Lane - maybe it's time to realize it's not all about the kids anymore.

Hoard, $pend and Tax Some More...Hoard, $pend and Tax Some More!?!

What an Edison Democratic Organization Failure looks like?!?

It looks like this!

Well, congratulations to Rob 'March on Trenton' Karabinchak for being selected as the EDO's 'Dysfunctional Politics over People' choice for the soon to be filled state assembly seat. Clearly, the worst possible choice to represent us at the state level.

Conversely, condolences to East Brunswick, Helmetta, Highland Park, Metuchen, South Plainfield and South River - wait until you get a load of this guy in action.

Anyhoo, as long as you let this dysfunctional and oligarchic Dem party here in Downtown Edison do things like this and to use us in their twisted internal power struggles to pursue their own political agendas and ambitions, they will continue to play political positioning games like this at our expense. Sadly, doesn't say much about Edison if this is the best we have to offer up to the state!
