Seems they're now shooting for January 2017. That's an extra $150,000 a month for four more months or $600,000. Add to that the additional $900,000 we have to pay for six month extension of the lease.

ReplyDeleteYes - it was settled for $23.6 million and they dropped the approved bond referendum of $18 million (Cost 28.1 million less insurance proceeds of some $9 million offered at the time) and said they didn't need it.
ReplyDeleteA tad bit disconcerting if you ask yourself why they wanted $28.1 million when they apparently could build it for the $23.6 million they received in insurance proceeds. A extra $5 million for what?
