We got a Ex-Gov & NJ Dem-party Guy for $110,000

We got a publicist for $80,000

And, let's not forget this most offensive one - Bob 'See No Conflict" Diehl for $100,000.

Now, Big-boy pants needs a Manager of Social Media - probably another $60,000 or so. Don't know for sure but got an OPRA Request in for it.

Now, we're up to $350,000 or so of taxpayers money that benefits 'Big-boy Pants' and the Dem-party.

Grassroots Effort begins to put Wards on the ballot by petition

Well, the Edison Council voted down putting Wards on the November ballot and letting the residents decide how best they could be represented. This happened right after Mayor Sam 'Shrink-flation' Joshi, aka Big-boy pants flip-flopped on Wards after the election and put out out that embarrassing flip-flopping memo on Wards.

Those Council Members denying the People of Edison the opportunity to decide for themselves:

1. Council President Joe 'the Florist' Coyle, aka Mayor of Clara Barton
2. Council Vice President Joyce 'She's on the Council?' Ship-Freeman
3. Council Member John Poyner
4. Council Member Nishith Patel
5. Council Member Margot Harris

A meeting is planned for Monday, February 21, 2022 at 7:00PM at the American Legion Father and Son Post 435 - 43 Oakland Avenue, Edison, NJ for all those who support the Ward system and want to find out how they can help make this happen.

All who are interested should attend the meeting or make your interest known, if you cannot attend. It's important we get the signatures required to get the petition on the ballot. The local governing body will not support even considering an open and free exchange on how best we can be represented.

 

Anyhoo, you have an opportunity to get the representation you deserve and not what this one-party oligarchy wants you to have. Take advantage of it or you'll regret it - just like you should now be regretting that flip-flopping malleable marionette of a Mistake (who sold you out for a chance to climb-up that politically corrupt Dem-party ladder) you should have avoided.

Edison's version of 'Shrink-flation' makes his first hires - and here's the Cost to You

 Well, there you go. Mayor Sam 'Shrink-flation' Joshi, who sold out the People of Edison for a chance to climb up the politically corrupt Dem-party ladder - makes some new hires in his first month and a half of his on-the-job training. There's a Shocker.

Not for nothing but sure seems like these hires help 'Big-boy pants' and the Dem-party more than they help the People of Edison.

Though you have to admit Bob 'See No Conflict' Diehl getting paid $100,000 to help move the town forward is somewhat a Tad Bit disingenuous - guess he didn't do that for the last 21 years he was on the all-Dem Council but he's going to do it now for 'Big-boy pants' - for $100,000 of course. 

What a Guy! Duh!

Anyhoo, what do I know? I still can't figure out why he doesn't realize that he's just a young, malleable marionette being used by the powers that be as a tool and will no doubt be a one-term Mayor after they get what they want from him.

Geez, it's the Board of Ed - Not the Board of Undermining, Board of WhatsApp, Board of Who Gets Elected in November...

 Well, just watched the Board of Mythomania meeting and there's clearly a 4 to 4 debacle going on - none of which is to the benefit of the school district.

Leadership that clearly isn't equipped to be in leadership and it's showing in an ugly way.

Be that as it may, you really have to feel sorry for this guy:

Can you imagine having to sit there and listen to all that nonsense going on between and among the Board Members and try and keep a straight face?

Anyhoo, this is what happens when you let politics prevail over substance.

Let's Make A Diehl - a deal it is at $100,000

Well, just got the response to my OPRA Request for Sam 'Mr. Shrink-flation' Joshi's, aka Big-boy pants Chief of Staff Bob 'See No Conflict' Diehl's annual salary.

It's a slight increase from his Council pay at $12,000 but sure looks like a pension buster.

 Wee, saw this piece here in the Patch about Mayor Sam 'Mr. Shrink-flation' Joshi, aka Big-boy pants new appointments.

We already knew he hired Ray Alcantara as Administrative Officer for $110,000.00 and Cassidy Grom as Policy and Communication Coor for $80,000.00.

Really, is this how it works in this town? You reward your own with a job when they retire? Seriously, what is Bob Diehl going to contribute other than to his pension? Not for nothing but I always liked Bob Diehl, a pleasant enough person but he was totally ineffective as Council person unless you're into one-party rule. Granted, he had a knack for eloquently speaking but bull is still bull no matter how well it's spoken. 

Geez, you think he's going to help Big-boy pants get to the bottom of that 2017 Racist Flyer?

The guy was the Poster-child for Term Limits and should of gone away. He brings nothing to the table but a salary cost and more of the same Dem-party nonsense.

And you were wondering why he had nothing else to do but hang out at Council Meeting:

Only question left to ask is how much they're paying him or, more appropriately, rewarding him for being a loyal Dem-party soldier.

Anyhoo, Chief of Staff - what a waste of taxpayer money - but if you think that's a waste of money, wait until Big-boy pants raises his current $49,000 salary.

Just a heads-up as we approach the 2022 Budget Season here in the 'DemBadLands' of Downtown Edison

 Well, as we approach the Budget season here in Downtown Edison, just a reminder of what the Property taxes were for 2021.

Always good to keep in mind so you can understand what the increase or decrease is from year to year.

First-up the School Budget which will come out in the March Board of Mythomania, aka Board of WhatsApp Meeting - unless, of course, in doesn't show up in a WhatsApp post first.

Next up - probably the County budgets and who knows when the Muni-budget will be done. They usually wait until half the year is already over before they come out with a budget. Not for nothing but if they wait any longer to come out with these budgets, we won't need a budget - we'll have the actual numbers for the year.

 Well, looks like the Edison Council voted down putting Wards on the ballot in November by a vote of 5 to 2.

Unlucky for the People of Edison but not unexpected. At least we now know where all the Council Members stand. Though it might be helpful if somebody sends Council President Joe 'the Florist' Coyle and Council Vice-President Joyce 'She's on the Council?' Ship-Freeman to Wards School 101 so they contribute meaningfully to any conversation on the pros and cons of Wards down the road. They're input on the subject of Wards is mind-boggling.

Though you have to admit Mayor Sam 'Shrink-flation' Joshi, aka Big-boy pants is proving every day that he really was a mistake that should have been avoided. It's unfortunate that 'ladder climbers' tend to focus more on appeasing their political party than those they were elected to represent.

Too bad he doesn't work for the People of Edison.

Anyhoo, on to the Petition and let 'Big-boy pants' go to his bosses and find out how best to get his foot out of his mouth on Wards.

This is the type of nonsense you get when you let the powers that be from out of town to hand-pick a young, malleable marionette ladder climber for the party line.

Yeah, you really want to follow this guy's lead and disingenuous call for unity. If there ever was a Poster-child for Wards - it's this guy.

Anyhoo, what an embarrassing and hypocritical bunch of self-serving nonsense from someone in his position. All the more proof that he was a mistake that should of been avoided.

 Well, for those who don't get advance notice on WhatsApp of things going on over there on Mythomania Lane, at the cross-roads of Dysfunction and Apathetic Leadership Streets, here's the information you need if you wish to apply to fill the vacant Board position.

Of course, based upon how and why they picked Board President Doug 'Mr. Apathetic' Schneider to lead the Board as a newbie, you can expect that the same logic will be used to pick a new Board Member and it will, most likely, be just as bad a choice in moving the School District forward.

Anyhoo, good luck to all those who want to join a Board with leadership that has gone from pathetic to apathetic.

Edison's Council President Joe 'the Florist' Coyle, aka Mayor of Clara Barton says No Wards for You!

 Well, just saw the agenda for Wednesday's Council combined meeting and there's nothing on it about putting Wards on the ballot in November.

In all fairness to Council President Coyle, he did say at the last meeting that he wasn't going to commit to Council Member Brescher's ordinance. 

Of course, he said that - do you think the all Dem-party oligarchy over there at 100 Oligarchy Blvd really want to give the People of Edison the choice of switching to Wards?

If you do, then you must really think Mayor Sam 'Shrink-flation' Joshi, aka Big-boy pants didn't sell out the People of Edison for a chance to climb up the politically corrupt Dem-party ladder.

Be that as it may, that leaves Council Member Brescher to raise it up at the meeting and look for a second. I hope he gets it.  If he gets it, and nobody tries to table it, it goes to a vote.

And wouldn't you like to see how each Council Member votes? I would.

Anyhoo, don't hold your breath - the only way this is going to happen is by petition and as soon as the Council kills Brescher's motion, start the petition.

Really, do we now need to change the Board of Mythomania's name to Board of WhatsApp?!?

For the second time in less than a month, information about the Edison Board of Mythomania, aka Board of EdDems, Board of Dysfunction has shown up in social media before it was publicly announced by the Board.

What is going on over there on Mythomania Lane? Isn't anyone concerned about information being put out in the public before it apparently becomes public information?

How is that happening and what is the Board doing about it?

Geez, so much for unity under the new Board Leadership.

Not for nothing but Board President Doug 'Mr. Apathetic' Schneider needs to show a tad bit more interest in what's going on over there and understand why this a problem and puts an end to it.

If not, someone let me know and I'll save time by joining WhatsApp to get information about the Board and won't need to make OPRA Requests anymore.
