Anyhoo, how would he know that the County promised Less than 1% tax hike this year turned out to be 4.1% - he's just the 'Deputy Dog?!?'

    Correct Run. My mistake and I apologize but unfortunately the county tax increases are real. But hey, you made my day - it's only 3-years more of Charlie instead of 4! :)
