The Edison 1-Cent Open Space 'FOREVER' Tax is Back!?!

 Well, as usual, kind of sleezy how the 7 Processing Clerks again tried to sneak this 'Forever tax' in again. The same nonsense they sneakily passed in 2018, which the People of Edison wisely rejected at the polls in November 2018. 

Seems they had an add on to the Resolutions at the July 26th Council meeting (RESOLUTION R.387-072021), which means it didn't show up in the agenda for that meeting and unless you were at the meeting or watched it later - you'd never know it.

Slipped that right in without any fanfare, $neaky bunch, aren't they? And recognize this one also has No Expiration date - for Local Dem-BadLand-Perpetuity. - and will be on the Ballot in November.

DON'T BE FOOLED INTO SELF-TAXING YOURSELVES HERE IN DOWNTOWN EDISON - AGAIN!

Remember that 15-year 1-Cent piece of work tax mercifully ended in 2013 - you can ask Charlie 'I abstain' Tomaro about that 1-Cent Open Space tax.

Geez, every time I see these things come up, I'm reminded how badly the Local Dems are at $pending your tax dollars - from $5.6 million for some dirt and a mud puddle, aka Oak Tree Pond to the 1-Cent Open Space Tax that ended in 2013.

And then there's the possibility of condemning property again using eminent domain. Kind of ironic don't you think? You're voluntarily taxing yourself so they can possibly use the money to condemn your property!?!

Anyone seriously thinking about self-taxing themselves with another Open Space Tax to support the Local Dems frivolous spending, well - deserves what they get. Just look at what they did with all that money they got by leveraging that first 15-year Open Space Tax. Don't know, ask Anthony Russomanno, he'll tell you what a great job they did with Your Tax money back then.

Seriously now, haven't we had enough of tax increases here in the 'DemBadLands' of Downtown Edison - year, after year, after year?!?

And seriously, we already pay for an Open Space Tax with the County - you know, that branch of government that should be eliminated. They've been sticking it to Edison for years with their County & Open Space taxes.

And guess who was pushing it at the July 26th meeting? None other than Sam 'The Weathervane Millennial' Joshi, aka Big-boy pants that undemocratically selected, hand-picked "Tool" of the Powers that Be  for Mayor who sold out the People of Edison for a chance to climb up the politically corrupt Dem-party ladder.

Yeah - he'll be a Mayor for the People of Edison, right after he does the Dem-party bidding with nonsense like this:

Anyhoo, don't be foolish taxing yourselves for perpetuity when there are better ways to deal with open space - it's one thing to be continuously taxed to the hilt here by the Dem-party but it's quite another to let them trick you into taxing Yourselves, and Don't forget who's pushing this 'Forever tax' - that Malleable Marionette of the Dem-party, EdisPam I am!

Councilman Joe 'the Florist' Coyle needs to stick with picking flowers and not future Mayors

 Just saw this piece here in TapIntoEdison where Councilman Joe 'the Florist' Coyle endorses the malleable marionatte Sam 'the Weathervane Millennial' Joshi, aka Big-boy pants for Mayor.

Well, color me cynical but how do you go from trashing the guy to saying he's the best thing for Edison?

Oh wait, I know - you gotta go along to get along in the Dem-party. Big-boy pants is the undemocratically selected, hand-picked 'Tool' of the Powers that Be and all the little Dems need to get in line if they want to climb up the politically corrupt Dem-party ladder.

Just another example of how the Dems have made Edison Safe for Hypocrisy and why you need to vote for Democracy in Edison and Not for Democrats.

 Well, it's the silly season here in the 'DemBadLands' of Downtown Edison. Some interesting things going on from both sides of town - that's at 312 Pierson Ave (at the crossroads of Dem-party infiltration and Dysfunctional Streets) and 100 Oligarchy Blvd.

With School budgets approaching some $300 million, the bulk of which comes from You - you want to make sure you elect candidates who will put an end to the inept leadership of Mr. Shi-shed, aka Jerry 'ReferenDumb' Shi. 

Just like his disastrous twice failed $300 million Bond referendums that were Too Much of a Financial Burden for Too Little a Solution that wasted two years failing to fix the Overcrowding - you don't want this guy and his Dem-party cohorts deciding where and how all that School money is $pent.

Now, on the other side of town, we have 2 November Mayoral candidates meeting up:

Christo challenging a mute Mr. Big-boy pants along the parade route and jumping in a picture at the Indian Day Parade (much to the chagrin of 'the Weathervane Millennial'). You have to admit it's pretty funny.

And who doesn't like Counciman Joe Coyle fist-pumping Mr. Big-boy pants - the very same Mr. Big-boy pants whose resignation from the 'Committee of the Hole' that he called for in a video of his own. Only in Edison can you see that there are no political friends or political enemies - just political opportunities.

Though that's a bit disingenuous Mr. Coyle. 

Bet you can't wait for the Mayoral debates with Mr. Big-boy pants (the undemocratically, hand-picked choice of the Democratic-party), Keith Hahn (the Independent), Councilman Richard Brescher, and Christo. 

No place for Mr. Big-boy pants to hide his lack of experience, a less than meaningful or substantial 4-year record on the Council and a clear lack of leadership ability required to manage a town the size of Edison. Tough being a 'Tool' of the Democratic party when you can't hide behind your Dem-party endorsements and you have to make a case you can't make when challenged.

Anyhoo, just another day in a Dem-party politically corrupt town where the only way for Democracy to work for the People of Edison is to Vote against Democrats in November.

Edison Mayor Lankey drops out of November Mayoral Race - must of vomited in his own mouth having to endorse Big-boy pants!?!

 Well, just saw this piece here in Patch.com about November's mayoral race here in Downtown Edison. 

Seems Mayor Lankey and his Council slate are dropping out of the November race and endorsing Sam 'the Weathervane Millennial' Joshi, aka Big-boy pants. 

That's too bad. Clearly, Big-boy pants is not in a league with Lankey or in any league that would qualify him to be mayor of a town the size of Edison.

Guess I can understand why Lankey didn't want to go against the powers that be in the Dem-party but geez, must of made him want to vomit to have to endorse Big-boy pants. 

Yeah, like Lankey really, really thinks Big-boy pants would make a good Mayor. 

Duh!

Gotta feel for Lankey on this one. That's one no one should have to take for the Team!?!

Be that as it may, it will just make it easier to point out that this undemocratically hand-picked, ill-prepared and not even remotely qualified tool of the Democratic party is the wrong choice for Edison. 

As a result, this guy will be representing the Dem-party and Not the People of Edison and You will get more of the same, if not worse.

Seriously, haven't you had enough of the politically corrupt Dem-party that has made Edison Safe for Hypocrisy and taxed you to oblivion over the years? 

Haven't you had enough the one-party oligarchy going on over there at 100 Oligarchy Blvd? 

Haven't you had enough of Dem-party still in search of themselves with the 2017 Racist Flyer? 

Haven't you just had enough of everything one-party rule?

Not for nothing, the last 3 Dem Mayors have increased the Muni tax by some 85%, with Lankey up to 32.2% now over his eight years.

Time for a change and especially with the Dem-party's latest joke of a pick, this should be easy - we need to put an end to Dem-party rule here in the 'DemBadLands' of Downtown Edison.

Anyhoo, I'm sure the other Mayoral candidates will easily point out how ill-prepared and equipped Big-boy pants is to be Mayor of a town the size of Edison.

November's Edison Board of Ed elections - vote for those who would remove Mr. Shi-shed from leadership

Saw this piece here in Patch about the Candidates running for the Edison BoE this November. Seems there are 9 candidates vying for 3 open spots.

Only two of the incumbents, Elizabeth Conway and Biral Patel are seeking reelection. Yuna Chen is Not seeking reelection.

With Yuna Chen Not seeking reelection, there's an opportunity to correct for the inept leadership and dictatorial tactics now being forced upon us by Board President Jerry 'Referen-Dumb' Shi with his 5-vote majority. 

This guy really needs to be removed from his inept leadership role before things get worse than they are today. He is and remains the biggest detriment to the school district's success with his inability to lead and communicate.

A leader who claims to of saved the taxpayers millions but has saved Nothing and is so open to the public and other Board Members about what he's doing that he can't be bothered to discuss things with people who don't agree with him. 

And let's not forget that disastrous $300M plus bond referendum that he wasted two years putting together and that would of tripled the then current years school tax increase for the next 30 years. Too Much of a Financial Burden for too Little a Solution and correctly recognized and rejected by the voters twice. 

Overcrowding remains a problem today thanks to Mr. Shi-shed.

Now that the Board of Mythomania has been infested by the Democratic party under his watch, you really want to remove this guy from any leadership role and finally admit that moving the School Board Elections to November was a serious mistake when candidates like Mr. Shi can be elected with the help of his Dem-party friends.

So, do your research of the 9 candidates and choose those who will recognize the damage being done to the school district by this Board of Ed-Dems and it's ineffective leadership.

This school board election is more important than the Mayoral election come November. It's where the majority of your money goes to be wasted by an ineffective board thrust upon us by the ineffective and dictatorial leadership of Mr. Shi-shed.

Anyhoo, do your homework before you vote and get this Board of Mythomania back under control before it's too late.
