Well, how low can this guy go to try and make himself look good? Apparently, there's no limit for someone who comes with a lack of credibility and trustworthiness and has an anomoly with the truth.
Guess we'll have to give him another name - Mayor Sam 'The Big Lie' Joshi, aka Mr. Shrink-flation, Big-boy pants, the Weathervane Millennial, the Malleable Marionette, the Event Planner and Sam the Flim-flam Man.
