Board of Mythomania, aka Board of EdDems, Board of Hoarders, Board of Dysfunction picks its Committees

 Geez, looks like Shannon 'Shi-bot' Peng has picked the Board of Ed Committee Assignments. 

You really have to shake your head but you can't really be surprised when the School Board elevates someone to School Board President who should of been Voted Out of Office with the rest of the politically dysfunctional incumbents last November.

Who else but Jerry 'ReferenDumb' Shi, aka Mr. Shi-shed is better equipped to be Chair of the Finance and Facilities Committee? The same guy who was behind that Ridiculous $300 million Bond Referendum to address the Overcrowding that was rejected twice by the voters as being Too Much of a Financial Burden for Too Little a Solution. It would of tripled the current year's school tax rate for the next 30 years.

Also the guy who claims to saved the taxpayers millions of dollars when, in fact, he never saved the taxpayers Anything. He hasn't quite grasped the concept that Repurposing money is Not the Same as Saving Money.

Also the guy who likes to hype No School tax increase while they continue to Hoard Tens of millions and wouldn't allow some $3 million in NJDoE approval to reduce the School tax levy in the School Budget for 2022-23.

And who has any trust in this guy to look out for the often forgotten stakeholder who pays all the bills over there on Mythomania Lane, the taxpayers, when negotiating the Teachers' Contract up for renewal this year? Nobody Here.

Pay attention to this years upcoming $300+ million School budget for 2023-24 with this guy behind the scenes. Kind of puts this years School Budget in play with all that Hoarded Money.

Worst possible choice to head up the Finance & Facilities Committee. His leadership was inept and so will be his role on the School Board this year behind the scenes. He needs to be Voted-Out expeditiously this year when he comes up for Re-election.

Seriously, newbie Vishal Patel with all these Chairs on important Committees? That gets a Big Duh! 

And, with the exception of Ginny White, the Township Liaison Committee is a Belly-buster. Further, who wouldn't want M. Patel, Peng, & Shi on the Community Relations Committee? That gets a Big Double Duh!

Looks like we're in for another wasted and inept year in moving the School District forward with this crew.

Anyhoo, what do I know? I still can't figure out why Joe Romano would let Shannon 'Shi-bot' Peng be President of the School Board.

The People in our current idiocrisy deserve the leadership they get

 Well, one is just a 'Shi-bot' who should of been voted out of office last November with the rest of the incumbents and the other just a Joshi 'Mini-me' - not equipped, prepared or ready for prime time.

 Well, makes sense when you have a 'Malleable Marionette' of the Powers that be from outside of town for a Mayor, you need another ill-prepared person to carry on the ineptness as Council President.

When you thought things couldn't get any worse over there on 100 Oligarchy Blvd. with Joe 'the Florist' Coyle as Council President doing Mayor Sam 'Mr. Shrink-flation' Joshi's bidding and blocking any scrutiny of this Administration by both the Council and the Public - it just did.

Seems Joshi's 'Mini-me' got by with a vote of 5 - 2 with Brescher & Ship-Freeman voting No. 

Good thing our Legislative Branch here in the 'DemLands' of Downtown Edison doesn't let Checks & Balances interfere with their control over the purse-strings. 

Anyhoo, substantive leadership is important and maybe someday we'll get some in this one-party town.

 Nah, why break with tradition - Lets Not have any Checks & Balances over the Administration.

Anyhoo, lets hope the Local Dem-party remembers their contribution to Mayor Sam 'Mr. Shrink-flation' Joshi when they're up for Re-election this year.

Edison Board of Mythomania picks new Leadership - just more 'Mr. Shi-shed' nonsense coming your way.

 Well, looks like Shannon 'Shi-bot' Peng has been voted in as Board President. Unlucky for us since she should of been Voted Out-of-Office with the other Incumbents last November. 

She's nothing more than a puppet for Jerry 'ReferenDumb' Shi and as about as inspiring and exciting as watching paint dry.

Poor choice but not unexpected from the Dem-party cesspool it has become over there at the Board of EdDems on Mythomania Lane - but hey, at least 'Mr. Hospitality' and 'Mr. Shi-shed' no longer hold the title with their inept leadership. Each should be Expeditiously Voted Out-of-Office for contributing to the Dem-party infested cesspool when they come up for re-election.

She received 8 of the 9 votes with Doug 'Mr. Hospitality' Schneider voting for Joe Romano - after Romano removed himself from consideration for President. Sure, a real meaningful vote by 'Mr. Hospitality' from a less than meaningful Board Member.

Board Vice-President went to former Board Member Joe Romano with a 5-4 vote over Ginny White. The only conundrum here is why Romano hooked with the Shi-crew and let them use him in the last election. You're better than that Joe. 

Now, not for nothing but Peng's first act as President was to eliminate the 6 minute speaking rule. Seriously, you just can't have unlimited time for an individual of the Public to speak and expect to get anything done or be able to run an effective and productive meeting.

That's just idiotic. 

Better off extending the 6 minute and rebuttal time rules, if that's what you're trying to do.

 10. That Council President Joe 'the Florist' Coyle stop embarrassing himself and steps down as President after spending a year blocking both Council and Public query, input and interaction into the stewardship of an ill-prepared 'Malleable Marionette' of a Mayor.

9. That the 3-Amigos from the 'Committee of the Hole', Now Mayor Sam 'Mr. Shrink-flation' Joshi, Now Chief of Staff Bob 'See No Conflict' Diehl and Now Council President Joe 'the Florist' Coyle after 5-years - actually find some time in their busy schedules and actually get to the bottom of the 2017 Racist Flyer, as promised years ago.

8. That Mayor Sam 'Mr. Shrink-flation' Joshi's Ridiculous $158.1 million Muni-Budget for 2022 that more than doubles the Admin Spending along with a tax increase - gets declared a 'Free Tax Appeal Zone' so the Residents and Taxpayers can offset all that wasteful spending included in their Property tax bills.

7. That Council Person Joyce 'She's on the Council?' Ship-Freeman moves on to doing what she does best like when she's at Store or Business Openings in town and becomes a Walmart Greeter and stops wasting a seat on the Council.

6. That Council Person John 'I'll be Brief' Poyner either stops saying he'll be brief before he rambles on forever or actually be brief when he speaks.

5. That the Edison Board of Education's ED Center Building be renovated into an Octagon to make it easier for all to watch the Dem-party infested wasteful and unproductive School Board fighting going on all the time.

4. That School Board President Doug 'Mr. Hospitality' Schneider and Former Board President Jerry 'ReferenDumb' Shi find a way of working with each other for the benefit of the kids and not for themselves. Either way, with their inept leadership - it would be totally delusional if either one was ever be elevated to Board President again.

3. That with Bloated and Out-of-Control School $pending Budgets of $300 million over there on Mythomania Lane, the Board Members should spend a few few bucks and learn how to read it and actually SEE and understand what's really in it before they vote on these catastrophes year after year.

2. That the newly appointed Interim Super Aldarelli not get caught up in the twisted politics and in-fighting of the School Board.

1. That the People of Edison recognize that the only chance to change things in this one-party town is to stop backing the differing factions of the Dem-party. That won't change things no matter who wins - it's still the Dem-party. You need to make the switch over to Wards by public petition and bring government closer to the People.

Twas’ three weeks before Christmas and those sly little elves,

 ‘Mr. Shrink-flation & Mr. Hospitality’ labored hard to benefit themselves. 

One doubling the Admin Budget to $2 million and the other Hoarding $3 million in tax relief,

both Too High a Financial Burden and Too Low a Credible Belief.

 

One who Sneakily Hiked his Pay from $49K to $75K and then to $150K the Council made easy,

and the other ignoring DOE guidelines that would of Reduced $3 million in the School Tax Levy.

Not remotely caring a tad bit what the People might think, 

they again place Politics before People in spite of the lingering and now prolonged stink.

 

One has a Council that is Still in Search of that 2017 Racist Flyer,

and the other doesn’t see his inept leadership leaves the Board of Ed in utter mire.

If ‘Mr. Shrink-flation’ were seriously qualified to run this town,

then why is that 2017 Racist Flyer Stench Still Lingering and Bringing Edison down?   

 

One has a $100k Day Care Provider to Keep the town from Running off the rails,

while the other allows a Super's Contract Renegotiation to fail.

One also has a Council which limits public input for his lack of experience and scrutiny,

without a Department Head in sight to query or see.

And the other runs a dysfunctional School Board lacking cohesive experience,

being way to busy fighting each other's differing political deviance. 

And putting their thumbs to the tip of their noses while laughing at You and Me, 

‘Mr. Shrink-flation’ can’t hide his Malleable Marionette status in town for all to see.

And ‘Mr. Hospitality’ with his Dem-party infested and corrupted Board of EdDems play, 

shows how School Board inexperience and knowledge prevents him from leading the way.

 

They’re not concerned about disrespecting the people of Edison on any given day, 

dubious transparency, misinformation, misdirection and cross-contamination is their ruling way. 

‘Mr. Shrink-flation’ should of Never been helped to bypass the Edison People to stay in play,

so he continues with Outside Dem-party help who will now rule over us in their misguided way.

 

So, while we all scratch our heads and say What’s Going On in this town,

‘Mr. Shrink-flation’ will just be a Malleable Marionette for the Powers that be with his usual frown, 

And then there’s the Board of EdDems continuing to rule in their authoritarian way, 

yet still can’t put forth a cohesive plan to solve the Overcrowding on any given day.

 

In this season of giving, ‘Mr. Shrink-flation’ & Mr. Hospitality’ are Big Mistakes, 

‘Mr. Shrink-flation’ will be controlled by the County Powers that Be with all their usual takes.

And ‘Mr. Hospitality’ needs to be Removed from his Leadership role come January, 

and Voted Out as Board President to end the Edison People’s long weary.

Let ‘Mr. Shrink-flation & Mr. Hospitality’ know that it's People Not Politics, 

and You’re tired of all their disrespectful and self-serving tactics.

 

With one delegated to Events Coordinator and the other just a Barista across town, 

enjoy what you did to yourself but don’t complain while you continue on this Merry-Go-Round.

 

And I heard him exclaim with an inexperienced Mayor and School Board President in hand, 

Merry Christmas to Edison and let all the People again be Scammed!?!
